Q. What is concrete?

A. Concrete is a mix of cement, water, sand, and gravel that hardens into a strong building material.

A. We have been in business since 2003

Q. Are you licensed, insured, or certified?

A. Yes, we are licensed and insured in the states of Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania. We have our Maryland home improvement commission license and are registered with the Maryland State Attorney’s Office as a Maryland home builder. We also have certification from the American Concrete Institute in Foundations and Foundation repairs.

Q. Can you give an estimate over the phone?

A. Unfortunately, no. In order to give a proper estimate, we need to see the blueprints for your project.

Q. Do you offer financing?

A. We do not offer financing to our customers at this time.

Q. Can you repair a foundation?

A. Yes, there are several ways to repair a foundation without having to tear it out. Our experts will perform an inspection to determine the condition of your foundation before deciding on a repair method. For most foundation cracks, an injection system is utilized to ensure the opening is filled from one end to another.

Q. What areas do we serve?

A. We serve all the way from Northeastern Maryland, Northern Delaware, and Southeastern Pennsylvania.
